Events requiring extended travel or complex delivery logistics may include additional fees.

To secure your event:

• A 2,000 non-refundable deposit is required
  
• Your date is not reserved until deposit is received
  
• Remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event

• Direct access for loading and unloading when possible
  

If access is limited or requires extended carry distance, additional labor fees may apply.
